Stylurus ubadschii

A medium-sized black and yellow dragonfly with a body length of 50-55 mm and a hindwing length of 30-35 mm, distinguished by widely-spaced eyes, a non-forked black line on the metapleural suture, a black abdominal patch in males, and black-yellow legs. This dragonfly lives near wide, slow-flowing rivers. This endemic species flies June through September, is nomadic and migratory, spending much of its time perched on rocks and hydrophytes.
