Brachythemis fuscopalliata

A small black and light brownish dragonfly with a body length of 25-34 mm and a hindwing length of 20-26 mm. This dragonfly lives near pools, ponds, lakes, rivers, canals, irrigation ditches, as well as marshes and swamps. This endemic species flies throughout the summer months, spending much time perched on the water’s edge, and is considered vulnerable.
