Habitat Megaliths… Aesthetic and Ecofriendly.
Making butterfly basking space with “habitat megaliths.” Rather than piling up the stones, do some ecofriendly garden landscaping and increase basking surface area by distancing out the stones and arranging them in circles. Butterflies, dragonflies, and herps will find them beneficial basking spots, and they will become habitats for numerous species of insects, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, land mollusks, and other animals. Habitat megaliths are not only aesthetic and earthy, providing plenty of habitats and blending in with wildflowers and the landscape, they also make important reflections on history. Megaliths dot the Levant countryside, and are relicts of the past when humans lived more ecologically and were at equilibrium with their environment.
